Must See Paris Events in March, 2013

Paris will host some must-see events in the coming month of March 2013. If you are planning a trip to Paris in the next month, make sure to visit them. Explore them and you will come back home with a last-till-death experience. Here are the names of those events and which they are all about.

Saint Patrick’s Day - The Irish community living in Paris celebrate the event with much enthusiasm. Concerts and shows are organized throughout the day and night making the event more special for the participants and spectators as well.  The event will be organized on 17th March this year.

Saint Chappell: The Four Seasons The event will come alive on 7th March. The show is based on Vivaldi’s masterpiece creation “The Four Seasons” and will be staged in La Sainte Chapelle. Expect a larger gathering of audience. Some of them are coming from far-tucked lands and don’t want to miss such a super performance. Be all praise for the beauty of Paris while having a glimpse of the city from La Sainte Chapelle, considered a bastion for great Parisian architectural wonder.

La Cenerentola: Paris National Opera – It will be staged on 1st March which means you have to reach Paris within 28th February to enjoy the show. Nicholas Joel has decided to pay tribute to his master, great Jean-Pirre Ponnelle by staging Cinderella story. Jean-Pierre Ponnelle was a great opera director and famous for presenting music of Mozart on stage. La Cenerentoal was his own production and now Nicholas will be reproducing Cinderella story. The entire story will be staged through music by Rossini. Never miss to experience the taut spinning in the story that will reveal the genius and elegance of the greatest 20th century opera personality.

Paris Fashion Week - Paris is the Mecca for the celebrity designers. They die to showcase their sartorial sensibility and excellence at Paris fashion week. This year, the show will start from 26th February and will go on till 6th March. The exhibition will be held at different parts of the city including Carrousel du Louvre.

Salvodor Dali – The city will organize the work of great painter Salvador Dali at Centre Georges Pompidou. The exhibition will be held throughout March. Never miss the chance of seeing the most famous paintings and natural works by one of the greatest artists the world has ever produced.
